    Giving primarily is limited to non profit organizations in Metro Washington D.C., including Maryland and Virginia. No grants to individuals.

    Deadline Details

    Applications are accepted throughout the year. Initial approach should be with an application. An application form is required. Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Signature and title of chief executive officer
    2. Copy of IRS Determination Letter
    3. Geographic area to be served
    4. Copy of current year's organizational budget and/or project budget
    5. Population served
    6. Listing of board of directors, trustees, officers and other key people and their affiliations

    Award Details

    Awards vary based on scope and size of project. Awards are up to $500,000. Most awards are from $10,000 to $25,000.
