    Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. An application form required.


    Applicants should submit the following:

    1. Copy of most recent annual report/audited financial statement/990
    2. Detailed description of project and amount of funding requested

    Initial approach should be done via Letter of Intent.


    Notification of award will come two months after receipt of application.
